At Instructorium, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our courses. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

  • Refund requests will be honored up to the completion of the 5th class of the course.
  • It is mandatory to complete the first five classes and their respective assessments for eligibility for a refund.
  • A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@instructorium.com or call us at +880 1304-205118 within the specified refund period. Please provide your course details and reasons for requesting a refund.

We will process your refund within 3 working days after confirming your eligibility as per our refund policy.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided after the completion of the 5th class.
  • No refunds will be issued for incomplete or partially attended courses.
